Sharp Collective Free consultation

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This policy explains what information Sharp Collective collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not much of a policy.

What we collect

When you fill out the consultation form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us. That includes your name, phone number, and email address, and it may include the county and state where a property was located, what happened to that property, and any details you add in the message field.

If you contact us by email or phone instead, we keep a record of that conversation and whatever information you share in it.

Later in the process, if you decide to move forward with a claim, we may need additional documentation to establish that you are entitled to the funds. We will tell you exactly what is needed and why before we ask for it.

What we do not collect on this site

This site does not use advertising trackers, third party analytics, or behavioral profiling. It does not set cookies for marketing purposes.

Two ordinary technical things do happen. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability. This site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads.

How we use your information

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers.

We share it only in these situations:

Calls and text messages

By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your potential claim. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You can ask us to stop contacting you entirely by emailing the address at the bottom of this page, and we will honor that request.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any service we provide. Phone numbers collected for these communications are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

If you contact us and we do not end up working together, we keep your inquiry only as long as we need it for our own records, then delete it. If we do work together, we keep claim records longer, because claims involve courts and money and records matter.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we use reputable providers for our form and email. No system is perfect and nobody can promise absolute security, but we do not ask for sensitive information through channels that are not appropriate for it.

We will never ask you for money upfront, for your online banking login, or for payment by gift card, wire transfer fee, or cryptocurrency. If anyone claiming to be us asks for any of those things, it is not us. Contact us directly at the address below.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor those where they apply.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
